Property Rules:
1) Security deposit of 2000 AED will be collect upon check in and will be refund upon check-out (If there’s no damage).
2) Strictly No smoking inside the apartment – (AED 1,000) Charges if guest smoked inside the apartment as all our properties non-smoking.
3) Lost Access Card charges will be 500 AED.
4) Lost Guest Reconnect card charges will be 1000AED
5) Flexible Check in Time upon request. Standard check in at 2:00pm.
6) Standard Checkout out is 12:00 pm latest.
7) Parties or events and Pets are not allowed.
8) Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge.


Note:

- Local Taxes
Tourism Dirham tax of AED 60 per night is applicable on this Property, as well as 5% Value Added Tax. We will collect these taxes on arrival, should it not be collected by AirBNB automatically for any reasons.

- Guest Registration
We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.
